To start with, that means using online tools. Think of Facebook, Google, Instagram, Snapchat. Everybody is online, everybody is using social media all the time. Of course, people are still using email. But remember the time when you literally opened all of your email, 100%? How about now, with your overcrowded inbox? I guess you open maybe 30%. It's not just you, it's exactly the same for everybody. So email works, but maybe just 30%. The other tools mentioned, work up to 100%.
