Who are you?

You are an online marketing expert who knows how to use the most common online marketing tools, such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, Google Ads, Website Conversion Optimization, Google Analytics, and E-mail Marketing. You are familiar with terms like CPMs, CPAs, CPCs, and conversion rates, and you know how to measure and improve them. You are energetic, result-driven, and resourceful. You enjoy working on exciting projects for our key account clients and helping them grow their businesses. You also like to co-create with other online marketers and test and implement new tools and innovations.

As an Online Fitness Marketer Key Accounts

You will be an online marketer in a team of four online marketers. You work closely with the Team Manager, the Client Success manager, and the Online Marketing Lead and are accountable for your client's happiness and results. The role is all about developing yourself as an online marketer by challenging the status quo with a combination of proven tools and testing new tools and innovations. You will be working for our biggest clients! Whereby your main focus will be creating tailor-made campaigns and will pay a lot of attention to the preceding creative process. You will be the crucial link for their results and therefore have a direct impact on their success. Not only will you become an important part of the HPM team but also a team member of your customers' team!

Responsibilities:

  • Taking full accountability for great online marketing results of your Key Account portfolio
  • Master and implement all applicable tools (Fundamentals 100% and Toolbox to reach set lead targets) for a portfolio of clients
  • Tools involve a.o. Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website Conversion Optimization, E-mail marketing, LinkedIn Ads, and more
  • Daily training and collaboration with OM’s to create plans and master + implement all applicable tools (Fundamentals 100% and Toolbox to reach set lead targets) for clients
  • Pro-active communication with the Product Director to get the support you need to reach your goals (not knowing is no problem, not asking is)
  • Focus on AI Tools as solutions for more stable, more efficient, and/or more innovative online marketing solutions
  • Improve results by innovation; free to test new tools and techniques (in consultation with product director and OM Lead)

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an all-around Online Marketer, preferably with knowledge of the fitness industry
  • Dutch language fluent, both spoken and written
  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Website Conversion Optimization, Basic SEO, E-mail Marketing and more
  • Proficiency in using various marketing tools and platforms
  • Being determined: the question is not IF clients or team will follow your recommendations, the question is ‘just’ HOW
  • Not afraid to ask questions: together we achieve more
  • Ability to inspire people to do or explore something that they didn’t do before
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to discover and use AI tools to create analyze to optimize marketing campaigns

Have or will obtain the following certifications:

- Google Ads Search
- Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
- Meta Certified Media Buying Professional 
- Google Ads Display-certificering
- Google Ads Video-certificering
- One toolbox-specific certification (LinkedIn, Mailchimp, AI, etc.)
